Job Title: Sales Associate / Interior Advisor

Main Duties
Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers
Identifying sales opportunities to introduce complimentary products
Maintaining the showroom to agreed standards including stock replenishment, labelling, cleaning
Merchandising of products and moodboards
Produce and present design proposals to clients. These are to include detailed floor plans and all proposed items
Carry out full site visits to obtain full measurement of projects
Setting and sending full scale offers and proposals to clients
Act as a project manager for the client throughout the consultation and design stage through to ordering and installation of a project

Key Requirements
Excellent English and Greek communication skills (written and spoken)
Previous experience in a retail and design / architectural environment
Creative and imaginative
Hard working with a hands on approach and well organized
Motivated, well-spoken with strong communicational skills
Have a desire to provide excellent customer service and be able to build long-lasting relationships with customers
Confidence in selling, able to link-sell, be target-driven/able to meet targets as an individual
Good level of technical knowledge, skills including Vector works and Adobe Creative Suite
Business, finance and marketing skills desirable
Have a keen interest and enthusiasm for home & hotel interiors
High aesthetic taste level and intuitive understanding of our brand
Travel for business exhibitions and trade fairs. (Europe, UK, US, Asia)
