Main Duties
Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers
Identifying sales opportunities to introduce complimentary products
Maintaining the showroom to agreed standards including stock replenishment, labelling, cleaning
Merchandising of products and moodboards
Produce and present design proposals to clients. These are to include detailed floor plans and all proposed items
Carry out full site visits to obtain full measurement of projects
Setting and sending full scale offers and proposals to clients
Act as a project manager for the client throughout the consultation and design stage through to ordering and installation of a project
Key Requirements
Excellent English and Greek communication skills (written and spoken)
Previous experience in a retail and design / architectural environment
Creative and imaginative
Hard working with a hands on approach and well organized
Motivated, well-spoken with strong communicational skills
Have a desire to provide excellent customer service and be able to build long-lasting relationships with customers
Confidence in selling, able to link-sell, be target-driven/able to meet targets as an individual
Good level of technical knowledge, skills including Vector works and Adobe Creative Suite
Business, finance and marketing skills desirable
Have a keen interest and enthusiasm for home & hotel interiors
High aesthetic taste level and intuitive understanding of our brand
Travel for business exhibitions and trade fairs. (Europe, UK, US, Asia)

Main Duties

Identifying sales opportunities to introduce complimentary products
Maintaining the retail space to agreed standards, including stock replenishment, labelling, and cleaning
Merchandising of products and mood boards
Producing and presenting design proposals to clients, including detailed floor plans and all proposed items
Acting as a project manager for the client throughout the consultation and design stage through to ordering and installation of a project
Manage the customer experience as part of the KIMISOO LAB strategy.
Maximise contribution by achieving budget sales and controlling costs.
Hosting and organising Workshops and Art Residencies in-store
Learning on Touristic Management practices and Hotel Experience
Manage store costs without jeopardising stores objectives.
Manage the content and frequency of staff training to develop and motivate in order to achieve highest possible levels of customer service and performance.
Manage the store presentation including cleanliness, visual display and merchandising to be reflective of the brand.
Provide feedback and information on product performance and development
Key Requirements
